Noon Education Acquires Almakhfi Platform to Strengthen Its Leadership in the EdTech Sector

Noon Education has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Almakhfi, a startup affiliated with the MVPLAB program under the National Technology Development Program, marking another strategic milestone in the company's expansion across the EdTech sector.

The acquisition supports the continued development of Noon Track, an educational pathway designed for middle and high school students seeking admission to leading universities. The program combines Qudrat and Tahsili exam preparation, advanced English language education, and hands-on training in emerging fields such as programming, game development, and AI-powered drones.

Through this acquisition, Noon Education aims to expand its portfolio of technology-driven learning solutions and premium educational content, while introducing innovative technologies that enhance learning quality and encourage student achievement.

Almakhfi, a digital platform specializing in Qudrat and Tahsili preparation, has served more than 250,000 students over the past eight years. As one of the standout startups emerging from the MVPLAB program, the platform has established a strong position in digital education, making it a strategic addition to Noon Education's long-term growth and innovation strategy.
