Saud Alajmi is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience across the banking, housing, and real estate sectors. He has held senior roles at Al Rajhi Bank, the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF), and the National Housing Company (NHC), where he contributed to major operational and commercial transformations aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. His leadership at NHC was marked by exceptional achievements, including driving 2024 sales to SAR 28.2 billion through more than 27,500 contracts, establishing the Sales Department, and launching the Sales Excellence Program. He also played a key role in launching the Kingdom’s first governmental Smart Branch in 2018 and transforming service branches into profit centers. Currently, he serves as CEO of Ledar, where he continues to lead strategic growth and organizational development. His career reflects a strong track record in sales leadership, customer experience transformation, and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, which supports his extensive expertise in managing large-scale organizations and driving sustainable business performance.
