Faris Alrubaish is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management, construction, and real estate development. As CEO of Motoon Real Estate Co. since 2022, he has led the company’s strategic growth and operational transformation, building on his previous roles as Vice President and Operations Director. His earlier tenure at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) further strengthened his expertise, where he oversaw construction projects, managed contractors and consultants, and ensured successful project delivery from planning to handover. Backed by an MBA in Project Management and a degree in Architecture and Planning, Alrubaish brings a balanced approach that combines technical depth with strong leadership and strategic vision.
